Some nice backpacks are coming from the Spring/Summer 2010 Collection of The North Face Purple Label. The initial colours included a white/yellow and a white/pink. To add to the Medium Day Pack design, a Bum-Bag has also been included.
Also, two new colours have also been added to the collection. Both styles incorporate multi-colored uppers with the Medium Day Pack incorporating a relatively unorthodox bag design which divides the back into top and bottom compartments. Unfortunately the Purple Label collection is exclusive to Japan.
While travelling last year I stumbled upon a number of North Face stores dotted around Asia and found they stocked Special Editions that weren't available anywhere else in the world. My favourite was the 'Recon Special Edition' I saw in Hong Kong along with the 'Off Chute', 'Hot Shot' and 'Core Shot' day packs. I also saw a Bigfoot x North Face collaboration daypack which was pretty cool.
